Hey there foodies!

Do I have a treat for you today or what! I came across these amazing samosa filling recipes and I just had to share it with all of you. Get ready to taste the best chicken and beef samosas you’ve ever had!

Let’s start with the chicken filling. First of all, let me tell you, this filling is so flavorful and mouthwatering that you’ll want to eat it by itself. But hold on, we need to save some for the samosas!

For the filling, you’ll need:
– Boneless chicken pieces
– Onions
– Garlic
– Tomatoes
– Cilantro
– Green chillies
– Cumin powder
– Coriander powder
– Garam masala powder
– Salt
– Oil

1. Heat oil in a pan and add the onions. Saute until they turn golden brown.
2. Add the garlic and saute for another minute.
3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
4. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
5. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Let it cook for a few more minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the spices are well-incorporated.
7. Finally, add the cilantro and green chillies. Mix well and our filling is ready!

Now, let’s move on to the beef filling. This one is equally delicious and will leave you wanting more.

For the filling, you’ll need:
– Ground beef
– Onions
– Garlic
– Carrots
– Potatoes
– Garam masala powder
– Coriander powder
– Salt
– Oil

1. Heat oil in a pan and add the onions. Saute until they turn golden brown.
2. Add the garlic and saute for another minute.
3. Add the ground beef and cook until it is browned.
4. Add the chopped carrots and potatoes and mix well.
5. Add the garam masala powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
7. Once the vegetables are fully cooked, our delicious beef filling is ready!

Alright, now that our fillings are done, it’s time to make the samosas. You can use any pastry dough of your choice, but I recommend using the Punjabi-Samosa dough for an authentic taste.

Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out into a circle. Cut the circle into halves and make a cone shape out of each half. Fill the cone with the chicken or beef filling we just made and seal the edges by applying a little bit of water. Deep fry the samosas until they turn golden brown and crispy.

Serve these samosas hot with mint chutney or ketchup and enjoy the explosion of flavors in your mouth!

I hope you guys try out these recipes and love them as much as I did. Let me know in the comments which one was your favorite and if you have any other samosa filling recipes to share. Happy cooking!
