Today, I want to share with you my go-to recipe for the best cheesecake ever! I stumbled upon this recipe a while ago and decided to give it a try, and boy was I blown away! The creaminess, the richness, and the just-right sweetness make this cheesecake an absolute treat for your taste buds.

Now, to make this delicious cheesecake, you will need the following ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well-combined and press mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until it’s golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely and set aside.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar with a mixer until smooth, then beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter onto the crust in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until the edges of the cheesecake are lightly golden brown, and the center is almost set.
  8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, top with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or any other desired toppings.

  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream, room temperature
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, spices, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well-combined and press mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar with a mixer until smooth, then beat in the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and allspice until well combined.
  5. Stir in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake batter onto the crust in the prepared pan, and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  9. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for another additional hour to cool and set.
  10. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Before serving, top with whipped cream or any other desired toppings.
