Today, I want to share with you my go-to recipe for the best cheesecake ever! I stumbled upon this recipe a while ago and decided to give it a try, and boy was I blown away! The creaminess, the richness, and the just-right sweetness make this cheesecake an absolute treat for your taste buds.

Now, to make this delicious cheesecake, you will need the following ingredients:

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/3 cup heavy cream, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well-combined and press mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until it’s golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar with a mixer until smooth, then beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter onto the crust in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until the edges of the cheesecake are lightly golden brown, and the center is almost set.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or any other desired toppings.

- Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for another additional hour to cool and set.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream or any other desired toppings.
