Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney

  1. In a mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, and chopped coriander leaves. Season with salt, chaat masala, and kashmiri red chili powder. Toss to combine.

  • 4 raj kachoris

  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 1/4 cup nylon sev
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
  • salt to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Cut the top off the raj kachori and create a small hole. Make sure to hollow out some of the inside to create room for the stuffing.
  2. Add boiled chickpeas, boiled potatoes, onions, tomatoes, chaat masala, kashmiri red chili powder, and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Stuff the mixture inside the hollowed-out kachori. Top with a generous amount of tamarind chutney and green chutney.
  4. Garnish with nylon sev, pomegranate seeds, and fresh coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
