For Aloo Tikki:
1. In a mixing bowl, add the boiled and mashed potatoes.
2. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, garam masala, red chilli powder, and salt to the potatoes.
3. Mix everything well and then add bread crumbs to the mix.
4. Mix well again.
5. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
6. Flatten these balls slightly.
7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the Aloo Tikki until they turn golden brown.
8. Set aside the Aloo Tikki on a plate.

For Chole:
1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add chopped onions.
2. Cook until the onions turn translucent.
3. Add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, and chopped tomatoes.
4. Mix everything well and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
5. Next, add the soaked chickpeas and water to the pressure cooker and mix everything well.
6. Cook for 7-8 whistles.
7. Once done, let the pressure release naturally.
8. Open the cooker and smash a few chickpeas.
9. Add salt, chopped cilantro, and the fried Aloo Tikki to the chickpea mix and cook for a few minutes on low heat.
10. Serve hot.
